How do you build a craps table

Does anyone know the dimensions of an official casino craps table like you would find at the Hollywood casino's etc. Dimensions such as overall height, height of top of table from floor, width, etc. Be sure that the screw heads are flush to avoid marring any surface you set the table up on.
